Sporidesmium, Endophragmiella and related genera from China

In this timely monograph the dematiaceous hyphomyces, Ellisembia, Endophramiella, Sporidesmium, and other related genera from China are treated. Literature searches show that within this group only 2 species in 2 genera were known in mainland China. In this book, 143 species in 25 genera are reported, including 1 new genus, 43 new species, 16 new combinations, 23 new genera records and 99 new species records for China. All of these species are fully described and illustrated, and identification keys for most of the genera are provided. This book not only provides information on this group of hyphomycetes from China, but is essential for anyone working with and requiring an understanding of these important fungi.
