Microfungi of Tropical and Temperate Palms

This book comprises four chapters dealing with various aspects of the study of microfungi associated with palms, and a comprehensive glossary. Most previous studies of palm fungi have been carried out on tropical rainforest palms, whereas this study includes the aforementioned, plus it looks at fungi associated with palms in non-rainforest habitats in the tropics and also palms from temperate habitats. In addition, this book deals not only with ascomycetes, but also anamorphic fungi and emphasises the importance of studying anamorph-teleomorph connections.
